    Understanding The World Exhibit

To enrich life immeasurably, one must approach it with a sense of wonder and discovery, always challenge one’s potential, and try out new things. At Solitaire Global Schools, Attapur we constantly encourage our students to gather distinct and diverse experiences. With this intent, the Early Years section of the school organized the ‘UTW Exhibit’, an exhibition, exclusively done by our little wonders on 2nd December 2023.
The exhibit not only showcased lovely projects but also the talent of our stars who confidently demonstrated their models. The parents were excited and extremely happy to see the learners speak so well and applaud the understanding of the content. Stay tuned for more events by the sweet munchkins.

    Festivals of India

Whenever we think or hear about the word festival automatically a smile comes on our face. We started thinking of the clothes we would wear, the food we would eat, gifts we would exchange. But celebrating special days or any festivals in a school means much more than that. There are many special days and festivals celebrated throughout the world but celebrating a festival in a school with friends and teachers is a very special thing for any child. To keep the spirit of festivals in the young minds of the little learners of Early years, Solitaire Global Schools, Attapur held a special assembly on 8th Dec 2023. A festival is an occasion of enjoyment and celebration which promotes a child’s social interaction and harmony.
Kids will remember an important day or festival day only if they are told about what the occasion signifies. So a celebration makes them aware of things in a more fun and happy way. For a child, celebrating events and festivals in school has become an integral part of growing, learning new activities, and building a strong cultural belief. Celebrations bring the students or the children closer to each other’s cultural beliefs and traditions to develop respect and understanding for each other’s customs and traditions.

It is often said that books are the window to the world, and people who are constantly reading can’t agree with the adage anymore. Reading not only enhances one’s knowledge but also helps improve communication skills and inculcates holistic development. To develop an interest in our tiny tots in the early Years, Attapur, and the value of reading books even in an era dominated by the internet, we celebrated ‘Reading Rabbit’, as a part of Reading Day.

The students conveyed the importance of reading to their friends, and we had the lovely 8th-grade students volunteer to read out story books to our little ones.
